Having a website will certainly generate new business but you must insure that people find it. You will need to include your website’s address on all your stationery, somewhere on your car, in any newspaper adverts, at the end of any e-mails that you send, in Yellow Pages and Thomson Local and any promotional merchanise you may use.
The main path that visitors will use to get to your website is via online directories and, to be effective, you must sign up to as many of these as possible. Some online directories charge a fee, some may request the fee from the first lesson given from a referral but many are free and it’s primarily these that you should use.
