You can have a straightforward e-mail link on as many pages as you want and this is included in the lease. However, a more comprehensive form in which your visitor answers a series of questions is available as an optional extra. This type of form includes an acknowledgement page to which you visitor is redirected after clicking the "submit button". The acknowledgement page features a message thanking the visitor for contacting you and any further information you want to include.
